We have 2 Podcast Rooms the space includes modern decor and furniture. Background art is customizable - you can bring your own poster, paintings or the art can be removed to feature a gorgeous wooded wall. Perfect for: recording studio, audio, digital productions, live streaming, gaming, film shoots, fitness videos, filmed interviews, influencers, content creators, music videos and web series. Podcast room Features: -Live streaming video and audio -Video and Audio -Audio only -Technicians available upon requires (visit our Tech section for booking options) -Ground-Level Access: Load in and out with ease—park right by the entrance for quick and hassle-free access to the space. This is strictly for unloading - Ample Parking: Convenient public parking - 2 bathrooms - high speed internet 2 Podcast rooms 2-4 guests max | Street level | approx. 72-97 sq.ft | 2 Bathrooms Sound Treatment: - This room is soundproofed, however; we are on a main street there may be a possibility that sounds of sirens and traffic maybe heard. This hasn't been an issue in any podcast episodes previously. That being said, the room has been treated to eliminate echo and make your recording sound as good as possible, along with a lot of sound absorbing materials. Our audio processing is professional and leaves you with the quiet, studio sounding audio you expect from a top podcast. Please note - standard hours are Monday - Thursday from 9AM - 8PM.
