Black Rain Studios is nestled in the quaint area of Fort Langley, the building is architecturally-renovated modern, minimalist building designed for the creative industries. Whether you’re planning a photography shoot, music video, commercial, or any other creative project, our studio offers the space, flexibility, and convenience to bring your vision to life. The possibilities are truly limitless! Perfect for: recording studio, audio, photoshoots, head shots, portraits, digital productions, film shoots, fitness videos, filmed interviews, content creators, music videos and web series Studio Features: -Cyclorama -Infinity Wall: Ideal for seamless backdrops in both photography and video, providing endless creative possibilities in both black and white screens -The vast space allows for a variety of setups, from wide-angle shots to large-scale sets. -Lighting is available at an added cost -Ground-Level Access: Load in and out with ease—park right by the entrance for quick and hassle-free access to the space. This is strictly for unloading - Ample Parking: Convenient public parking - 2 bathrooms - high speed internet Sound Treatment: - This room is soundproofed, however; we are on a main street there may be a possibility that sounds of sirens and traffic maybe heard. This hasn't been an issue in any podcast episodes previously. That being said, the room has been treated to eliminate echo and make your recording sound as good as possible, along with a lot of sound absorbing materials. Our audio processing is professional and leaves you with the quiet, studio sounding audio you expect from a top podcast. Please note - standard hours are Monday - Thursday from 9AM - 8PM.
